Personal Statment.

I am a graduate of International Fashion Management and Marketing at Coventry University London, interested in developing a career in one of the biggest fast-growing industries.

Earlier work and coursing a degree have proven development on essential practical skills for a future career, such as communication and negotiation skills. Working and managing in a team has led to learning how to identify and solve problems creatively and efficiently, with the effectiveness of working under pressure and managing time effectively. Furthermore, throughout the university, I have enjoyed working on group projects in which I learn to adapt to working with different people and encourage everyone to participate. From my work experience, I developed the art of networking. To be self-employed, I have met over 250 people from different industries, adapted to diverse circumstances and learned to tailor communication for each customer. Following my interest to be able to speak to other people,  I have developed my languages skills. At the moment, I speak Spanish, Catalan, and English.

I am a committed and ambitious individual whose disability has not stopped her; instead has driven her to work harder to accomplish her aspirations. Therefore, to pursue a career in the fashion industry as a Fashion Buyer. My employers, colleagues and lecturers’ remarks, my willingness and motivation to progress and learn from my mistakes, and my creativity and analytic thinking when a task is proposed, without forgetting my sense of humour.

I might not have much experience in the fashion industry. However, I will be able to bring the skills I have developed through my past working experience and university, which would be driven by my willingness to learn and provide my attention and commitment to the job. Thus, I believe I will be a great integration to any company in the fashion industry.
